1.You are only obligated to pay for the portion of work the service provider completed. Do not pay for work that wasn't done.
2.Leave appropriate rating and feedback information for your Service Provider.
3.Consider the situation, and if there were any circumstances that caused the issue with your service provider, try to be fair in your rating and feedback.
4.Re-list your project to find another service provider to complete your project. Posting projects on our site is free, although we can’t replace your lost time, there are others on our site that waiting in line to do the job that you need done.
FreeMyTimeNow will do whatever we can to mediate any differences between you and a service provider. Always come to us with any situation when you're unsure of the best way to proceed.
